By utilizing the Enigma Face Audit Engine (enigma-core.store/audit), you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Minors are strictly prohibited from utilizing this service.

2. Image Content & Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that the uploaded photograph is your own personal image.

You are strictly forbidden from uploading photographs of third parties, celebrities, or individuals without their explicit, documented legal consent. The Platform disclaims all liability for unauthorized third-party imagery uploaded by users.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Medical Liability

The results provided by the Engine are arbitrary algorithmic outputs for aesthetic simulation entertainment.

They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, dermatological, or otherwise.

The Platform is not responsible for any personal, psychological, or physical actions taken by the user based on the simulation report.

4. Assumption of Risk & Emotional Autonomy

The algorithmic output produced by the Platform is based on custom generative parameters and creative simulation metaphors. By utilizing this engine, the User explicitly waives any and all rights to claim emotional distress, psychological damage, or reputational harm resulting from the scores, terminology, or evaluations provided. The User enters the simulation with full personal accountability.

5. Refund & Transaction Policy

Due to the digital nature and immediate computational cost of the AI processing engine, all transactions ($4.99 USD or equivalent) are final and non-refundable once the data decryption process has been initiated.

Refunds will only be evaluated in the event of documented technical server delivery failure.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, branding, and generated outputs are proprietary to Enigma Digital Research.

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform outputs without written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international digital commerce law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than class-action litigation.
